Eye exams are a key part of your overall health – eye doctors can identify early signs of health conditions. Our vision plan allows you to see any eye care provider, but you pay less out of pocket through the EyeMed Select Network. For more information on the vision plan, click on the links below:
When you enroll in the EyeMed Vision Plan for the first time, you will receive an ID Card and welcome packet in the mail within 14 days of your effective date. |
