  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Work/Life– The EAP and Work/Life feature provides comprehensive support to help you lead a happier and more productive life at home and at work. Balancing the needs of work, family and personal responsibilities isn’t always easy. The EAP offers the right support at the right time and can assist with stress, depression, anxiety, time management, legal and financial issues, referrals and short-term counseling. Associates can receive up to 5 free visits with an EAP counselor – either in person or on the phone – for each issue. Referrals are available for childcare services, legal consultations, eldercare services, career management and more.
